My name is Graham Bowall and I am the owner of The Money Earn site. I have been creating web sites, providing SEO services, providing copywriting and content writing services and making money online since 1995. Yes you read that right 1995! That makes me a dinosaur in no uncertain terms.
I was born in London, England and lived there most of my life but not anymore. I now live with my lovely girlfriend Crystal in the beautiful country of Mongolia. For those that don't know where that is, it is landlocked between China and Russia in the Far East.
The reason that I mention this is becuase there are many disadvantages to operating an online business in Mongolia and the most important one of these is getting paid!! If you want to succeed online then you will have to be prepared to overcome many obstacles like I have living here. If you live in the United States, Canada, Australia or the UK then you will not have to deal with half the problems that I have to deal with living here. I hear so many people complaining that they cannot do this and cannot do that. At the end of the day if you want to succeed there is ALWAYS a way.
The first thing I want to make very clear to you is that I did not make money online overnight! I have had years of testing and failing with different opportunities and I have been a long sufferer of the shiny object or “grass is always greener” syndrome. This means that I have spent a lot of time and less importantly money, on the next greatest thing in Internet marketing. Over the years this has paid off as I have found a winning formula and now I have a blueprint for earning money online that works most of the time.
My purpose with this site is to share what I have done with you and help you to cut out a lot of the huge learning curve that is associated with this business. But it is not a perfect science. The Internet is changing at a rapid pace daily and what worked a few years ago will probably not work today. I am learning new things all of the time (even after 19 years) and I encourage you to do the same. New marketing ideas are being created as you read this and it is a good idea to be tuned into these ideas as much as possible.
I am a partner in a UK SEO consultancy business as well as owning other web sites which create income for me. Like Internet marketing, SEO changes all the time and even more so now with Google making changes to their algorithm on a regular basis. Staying ahead of the curve is very important so I will bring you all the latest news that I can on a regular basis.
The great thing about running a business online is that you can test different marketing strategies very quickly and cheaply (sometimes for free). This is difficult to do with other forms of marketing. You can also track most of what you do to see what is working and what isn't. Most Internet marketers do not do this and I really can't understand why not as it is so easy to do and can literally make the difference between your business succeeding or not.
There will be a lot of posts on this site about generating traffic (getting visitors to your site). There are many ways to do this and some are free and some will cost you money. Getting traffic is always seen as the most difficult of tasks by Internet marketers but it really isn't that hard.
It is not a good idea to jump from one thing to another. This is what I call the “shiny object syndrome” and unfortunately many budding Internet marketers fall into this trap. It is far better to build a real business that is sustainable and long term.
